Can I cancel my order?

Customers have 12 hours after placing a purchase to seek a cancellation – we will issue a full refund. Kindly contact us at support@amzlibrary.com.

After 12 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be amended or canceled.

Why don’t amzlibraryaccept late cancellations?

Each item we ship is custom printed. As you are probably aware, most of our products are built to order and are intended for special events such as Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas. Each product is one-of-a-kind and holds special meaning for the individual who ordered it and cannot be sold to another. As a result, we cannot accept late cancellations after 12 hours from the time of your purchase.

WAY OF EXCHANGE PRODUCT & RETURNABLE ITEMS CONDITION: 

when you will get your product if you mind that you need to exchange your product then you can contact us at, support@amzlibrary.com or call us at,+1 (689)204-1199.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package through which you can send back your product properly to us. we hope we will assist you all-time for a return your product. we will provide you to exchange your product and also give you the right product for your demand.

Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria below:

  1. Items are in the original packing with tags
  2. Items are in brand new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
  3. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  4. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

Can I modify my order?

Of course. However, clients have 12 hours after placing a purchase to seek a modification via email to support@amzlibrary.com.

Why don’t amzlibrary accept late modifications?

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be altered. As a result, we may accept adjustment requests via our support email only 12 hours following your purchase.

Can I cancel the order after it has been shipped?

No. Once an order has been completed and dispatched, we cannot amend or cancel it.

How should I submit an order cancellation and/or modification request?

You may send an email to support@amzlibrary.com promptly (12 hours since ordering). We’d be delighted to assist you with your inquiry.
