Refund Policy

We offer returns up to 30 days after the customer receives the package.

For defective products, please email for better advice. If your item meets any of the conditions below, please contact us as soon as you receive the item.

We will refund or reship your order for free if:

– The product itself is defective

– Design errors: design errors compared to the information provided on our website

– The following product information does not match the order: type, size, color…


What to do?

For any refund request, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please send the following information to our support email:

Your order/invoice ID
If you receive an incorrect item/damaged item, please send us a picture of the item you received.

Once we have made an assessment, refund requests will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, expect a refund to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Return the goods

If you receive wrong or defective items, you do not need to send them back to us. In this case, we will always authorize a refund for you. Expect to arrive within 2-3 business days. Alternatively, we will send you a new item with high priority.

Please Note: We do not process refunds, returns or re-shipments in the following cases:

  • your order has not been delivered due to factors beyond your control (such as providing a wrong delivery address, no home delivery, failure to collect the package as requested); and
  • Your order did not arrive due to special circumstances beyond our control (such as not cleared customs, delayed due to natural disasters, shown as “delivered” in the tracking system, sent in your mailbox but lost).
  • The item is as described

If you change your mind and wish to return the product:

For returns, please email or contact us.
The customer must send the package in the brand new condition received, then send us the receipt and tracking number and we will issue a refund.

The customer is responsible for the return cost.

Please note that returns are subject to administration, processing, transaction and restocking fees (25% of the total order value). Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a partial refund less the above fees.

Cancellation (if applicable)

Customers can request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Please note that cancellations will incur an admin fee, processing fee and transaction fee (10% of the total order value).

After 12 hours of purchasing, your order will be in processing stage and you are no longer able to cancel your order.


For PayPal accounts: 2-3 business days.
For credit card accounts: 10-14 business days.
The exact duration depends on your card-issuing bank.


We do not offer size exchanges/returns unless it was our fault that we sent the wrong size item. For other reasons like printing issues, we’ll take care of everything for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not return your purchase to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund:

– First, double check your bank account.

– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

– Third, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
